Quality Management

Granite’s Quality Management System is line with the requirements of ISO 9001 and it is certified for its compliance by the Third Party in the year 2003.

The responsibility for establishing, implementing, maintaining and monitoring the Quality Management System within the Organization is entrusted to the Quality Management Representative.


The Quality Management System documentation within the Organization is structured at four levels:

Level - 1 Quality Assurance Manual
Level - 2 Quality Management Procedures
Level - 3 Work Instructions/ Job Descriptions
Level - 4 Standard Forms/ Reports


On award of the Contract, the Project Specific Quality Plan is prepared based on our Corporate Quality Management System and Client’s requirement. Inspection and Test plans, Method Statements, Project Specfic procedures, etc., are developed in line with the contract specifications and implemented only after the Client's approval.


QA/QC Personnel are deployed to monitor the effective implementation of Project Quality Management System. The MR Quality shall review the effectiveness of the Project Quality Management System every six months with the key personnel of the Project.
