Quality Policy
The Management of Granite Construction Company hereby declares that it is their Policy to establish, implement and maintain the Quality Management System within the Organization to achieve Client Satisfaction by executing the Projects in line with the QMS Assurance Manual, Associated Procedures and consistent with all Contractual requirements.
To achieve its Policy and Objectives , Company:
- Appoints Management Representative (Quality) reporting directly to the Director-Operations to establish, implement, maintain and monitor the effectiveness of the QMS;
- Complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, and continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System;
- Communicates the Policy to all employees and ensure that it is understood and implemented by all level of employees;
- Uses this Policy statement as a frame work for establishing and reviewing Quality Objectives, values and beliefs;
- Reviews the suitability of the policy for continuing.
- Provides access to the Client/ Consultant/ Statutory bodies or their nominated representatives to carry out the verification of Company's QMS at any location under their control.
